What is it?

My MarComm Story is IABC Edmonton’s spotlight series where members share their journey in communications. It’s a chance to inspire and connect with our community!

How to participate (quick & easy!):

1. Record a short audio or video (3–5 minutes) answering these questions:

  • What is your name?
  • What first sparked your interest in communications?
  • A recent project you’re proud of—why does it matter to you?
  • How has IABC Edmonton helped you in your career?
  • Your best advice for someone starting in communications.
  • What excites you most about the future of our industry?

2. Submit your story in one of two ways in under 2 minutes:

Tips

1. Keep it conversational! No need to be perfect—just share your story like you’re chatting with a friend. 
2. Find a quiet space and use a recording device such as your smartphone or computer. Make sure you’re in a quiet environment to ensure clear audio.
