Renewing Your IABC Membership

Is it already time to renew your membership? It’s hard to believe it’s already that time of year!

To renew your IABC membership, follow the instructions below or read the FAQs towards the bottom of the page.

1. Visit members.iabc.com and log in to your account.

2. Using the left-hand side menu, click on “Memberships,” or if you see the renew button on the right-hand side of your membership dashboard, you can select it.

3. If you selected “renew,” please continue to the next step. If you selected “Memberships,” you can then click on “Become a Member.”
4. You are now in the Become a Member step! Before moving forward, at the very top of the page, ensure you have “Canada” selected as your country, as seen below. This will ensure you are in Canadian dollars and that our chapter will appear.
   
   If you select a country after completing the step-by-step process, you will be brought back to step 1.

5. Once you have selected “Canada” as your country, go through step 1 and ensure your information and preferences are up-to-date, and select “Next” at the bottom of the page to move to the next step.
6. In step 2, your membership preference will automatically be selected for you based on the current membership you have. When you’ve selected the membership of your choosing, select “Review & Checkout” at the bottom of the page to move to the next step.
7. Just like the previous screen, your membership chapter preference will automatically be selected for you based on the current membership chapter you have. When you’ve selected the membership chapter of your choosing, select “Review & Checkout” at the bottom of the page to move to the next step.
8. If you’d like to select a second chapter, the next screen allows you to add on additional chapters. You can add a second chapter by selecting “add to cart” on any chapter listed.
   
   When you’ve selected the membership chapter of your choosing, or have chosen not to add a second chapter, select “Review & Checkout” at the bottom of the page to move to the next step.
9. You’re now at step 3! It’s time to review your cart and ensure the membership and chapter are what you are looking to renew. When you’re ready to move forward, select “Checkout” at the bottom of the cart screen.
10. Follow the on-screen checkout prompts and ensure the billing and credit card information are correct. When you’re ready to move forward with your purchase, select “Submit Your Order” at the bottom of the page.
